RETURNS:

Returns will be accepted within 7 days from the delivery date provided that the goods are not altered:

• NO cutting of the lace front

• Inclusion of ALL original tags

• Returned in its original, unused, perfect, and sellable condition

• Returned in its original packaging

We will check the conditions of returned items, which may take up to 3 working days, and then a refund will be made in the original way.

Exchange: Exchanges will be accepted within 7 days from the received date provided that the goods are not altered in any way. The exchange/return fee will be supported by the customer.

GENERAL SHIPPING

We offer FREE shipping for Portugal and Spain, for any online orders. Orders to other EU countries will ship with a flat-rate fee of €30.

All orders will be processed the following business day despite the shipping method. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday will be processed the following business day.
